• Date changes are permitted once per booking only and are subject to availability.
• Date changes can only be made within the same booking season. Bookings cannot be deferred or transferred to a future season.
• For the purpose of this policy, timing is measured from the original booking arrival date.

Date Changes

Additional Date-Change Conditions

• Only one date change is permitted per booking.
• Date changes are subject to availability.
• Bookings cannot be deferred or transferred to a future season.
• If the revised booking dates have a higher tariff, the member or guest must pay the difference in addition to any applicable change fee.
• If the revised booking dates have a lower tariff, no proportionate refund will be provided.
• Once a booking has been changed, no further date changes are permitted.
• If a changed booking is later cancelled, no refund will be provided.
• Accommodation determined by ballot is not eligible for date changes or refunds.
