Check availability and book your stay at Munjarra’s Perisher or Thredbo lodge through our online booking system.

Bed linen and towels are supplied at both lodges, with one set provided per stay. A linen fee is added to your booking, as shown in the current tariff.

Children and student rates

Children under six
Children under six stay free.

Children aged 6 to 18 inclusive
Children of members attending primary or high school qualify for the applicable child rate. This includes 18-year-olds still attending high school.

Full-time students aged 18 to 24 inclusive
Adult children of members studying full-time at university or another tertiary institution qualify for the adult member accommodation rate. This concession applies to the student only and does not extend to their spouse, partner or friend.

Adult children outside these categories
Adult children who no longer qualify for child or student rates pay non-member rates unless they hold their own membership. Eligible adult children aged 18 to 29 may apply for Associate Membership, whether studying or working. Associate Members pay an annual subscription and may receive member rates for a spouse, partner or friend sharing the same room, subject to the Club’s booking conditions.

Please keep your children’s dates of birth and school or study status up to date with the Membership Director at [email protected]. The Club may request evidence of age or current full-time enrolment to confirm eligibility.

Booking Information

All bookings must be made through the online booking system. Before paying, check your lodge, dates, guest details and the applicable rates and fees. Keep your booking confirmation for your stay.

Booking Periods

Members have a priority booking period before bookings open to non-members. Opening dates for winter, Christmas and New Year, and Easter are announced by the Club.

Check the current booking announcements before planning your stay. Once general bookings open, bookings are accepted in the order received, subject to availability.

Length of stay

• Weekly bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.
• The discounted five-night rate applies to Sunday to Friday stays.
• Daily rates and applicable surcharges apply to other stays of less than a week.
• Seven-night bookings receive preference during school holidays.
• Christmas and Easter bookings require a minimum stay of three nights.

Check-in and Check-out

• Winter check-in: from 4 pm.
• Summer check-in: from 2 pm.
• Check-out: by 10 am.
• All guests must have a prepaid, confirmed booking before staying at either lodge.

Changes and Cancellations

Date changes and cancellations are subject to the Club’s booking conditions. Fees and refunds depend on when you booked and how much notice you give. Please read the policy before booking.
